Terms of Service

1. Nature of the service. NRL Predict provides statistical analysis and model-generated estimates for NRL matches, shown alongside the public betting market, for information and entertainment purposes only. It is not betting advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. We are not a bookmaker and do not accept, hold, or settle wagers. We do not suggest stake sizes.

2. No guarantee. All picks are model estimates. We make no representation or warranty that any pick will win or that you will profit. The model is published openly as trailing the market on historical accuracy. Past performance does not predict future results, and no analysis service can promise a profit.

3. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access betting-related content in your location. You must provide accurate registration details, including your date of birth, and confirm your email address before accessing the service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Subscriptions & payment. Paid tiers (PRO, COUNCIL) are billed via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Prices may change on reasonable notice. Refunds are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law; nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under that law.

5. Responsible gambling. Betting carries a real risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions. We provide tools to help you stay in control — weekly spend caps, session reminders, and immediate self-exclusion — available in your account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately, stops future billing, and is deliberately not instantly reversible. If gambling stops being fun, free and confidential help is available 24/7 from Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 (gamblinghelponline.org.au), the national self-exclusion register BetStop (betstop.gov.au), and Lifeline on 13 11 14.

6. Acceptable use. You may not resell, scrape, or redistribute our picks or data, attempt to circumvent tier gating or access controls, or use the service unlawfully. Subscription access is for your personal use only.

7. Intellectual property. The model, picks, analysis, and site content are ours or our licensors' and are protected by law. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right to view the content for your tier — not ownership of it.

8. Availability. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Match data and odds come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable; a fixture with no real market price is simply not shown.

9. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, we are not liable for any betting losses or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. The service is provided “as is”.

10. Termination. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law. Some obligations (including responsible-gambling and limited record-keeping) survive termination.

11. Changes & governing law. We may update these terms on reasonable notice; continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
